If you are interested in relief work as a Care Assistant/Social Care Worker or Staff Nurse please contact us as outlined below

An opportunity has arisen for a number of fulltime, part time and specific purpose positions in our service.

  • Staff Nurse - Childrens/Adult respite (32 hrs per week avg. over a 4 week period) required to work with Children/Adults with Intellectual disability and/or on the Autism Spectrum. Staff are required to work on a shift pattern which includes working weekends approx 3 out of 5.
  • Care assistant - We have positions ready to commence late August @ 30 hours per week. Applicants should have at least 1 years experience working with people with an intellectual disability
  • Behaviour Therapist - Opportunity for 1 whole time or 2 part time position/s. Canditates will work within adult and child services. Successful canditate/s will have Post Graduate qualification in ABA or equivalent, BCBA or pursuing same desirable.

Ard Aoibhinn provides Day services provides for people with an intellectual disability and special needs from 3 locations in the Wexford Town Area. Services are offered to pre-school children, Adults and an Elderly Group. .

 

Ard Aoibhinn currently supports 3 residential homes for people with and intellectual disability with High support needs and low support needs. Respite and Family support services are managed through our residential services.

 

Ard Aoibhinn employees people from a range of different disciplines including Nursing, Social Care and Behaviour management. We operate a relief panel for Nursing and Care Staff. Details of current vacancies can be viewed on our Careers page.
