Purpose
of the Post
|
As the CEO,
you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the
services and play a crucial role in the effective management of
Ard Aoibhinn Services.
As CEO you
will translate key strategic directives into operational plans
and you will be accountable for and oversee day-to-day
operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service
|

Candidates Should

Have experience in a Residential and Respite service setting
-
Be enthusiastic, flexible, and committed
-
Have strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational
skills

Have a multi-disciplinary team approach to service delivery

Have knowledge and experience of supporting people
presenting with challenging behaviour
-
Have Full B Licence / D1 licence desirable
