Care assistants
Candidates must
hold a relevant qualification in Social Care or Health Care, minimum
requirement FETAC Level 5 and experience of working directly with
people with intellectual disabilities.
Knowledge and
experience of people presenting with challenging behaviour would be an
advantage.
All Candidates should:
Ø
Be
enthusiastic, flexible and committed.
Ø
Have strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Ø
Have a multi disciplinary team approach to service
delivery.
Ø
Full Licence / D1
licence desirable.
